For upgraded CareCredit credit cardholders: Once your CareCredit Rewards Mastercard is activated, your current CareCredit credit card will be closed. Your balance (including any promotional balances); scheduled payments; payment methods; email & text alerts; e-Statement and Credit Score enrollment will automatically be transferred to your CareCredit Rewards Mastercard.
